My name is Claudia and I am General Health Psychologist in Madrid.

I accompany people in their processes of change and growth, offering them a safe and caring space where you can explore, express and heal. Each process is unique, with its own path and rhythm and My commitment is to be there to accompany you., offering you a space of trust, listening and understanding.

How can I help you?

Throughout our lives, we all face moments of darkness. Sometimes we know exactly what is leading us there, and other times, we simply feel trapped, without understanding why. My mission is to be by your side in those moments, to accompany you with respect and empathy while we explore together the origin and causes of that discomfort. Together we can unravel the roots of what you feel and, little by little, find the light you need to move forward.

I am here to help you manage your emotions, understand them and transform them. My expertise includes:

  • Emotional management, helping you to identify, understand and manage your emotions so that they become tools that propel you forward. We will work together so that you can establish emotional balance and live with greater serenity and confidence.
  • Anxiety, addressing those thoughts and sensations that seem uncontrollable and that cause you discomfort. Together we will learn to reduce their impact on your daily life, exploring their origin and strengthening your coping capacity.
  • Trauma, a delicate but transformative process, where I accompany you to review and heal those experiences of the past that have left a mark on your present. We will work from respect and compassion so that you can free yourself from their weight and live with greater inner peace.
  • Depression, sadness and apathy, helping you reconnect with yourself and with the vital energy that seems to have been extinguished.
  • Identity issues, self-esteem, insecurities and fears, so that you can rediscover yourself, value yourself and face life with greater confidence.
  • Relationships and links, whether in the context of a couple, family or friendships, working on the dynamics and conflicts that may be generating tension or pain.
