I have always been fascinated by the way our stories, connections and experiences shape who we are. It was this curiosity and desire to help that led me to study Social Education, where I learned to deeply value the importance of human relationships and their impact on our development.<\/p><p>However, I felt that I could go further, go even deeper into individual support, and that is why I decided to enter the world of Psychology. This path has allowed me to be by the side of each person in their processes of change and growth, providing them with a safe space to explore their emotions, understand their experiences and move towards a fuller life.<\/p><p>I strongly believe in a therapy based on respectful listening, genuine empathy and deep understanding. I work from an integrative perspective, which means I tailor each session to the unique needs of the person in front of me. For me, each individual is much more than their symptoms; it is their stories, beliefs, learnings and wounds that tell the full story and guide us in the therapeutic process.<\/p><p>I like to think of therapy as an art of repair, similar to the Japanese technique of Kintsugi, where broken pieces of ceramic are restored with gold. This method does not seek to hide the cracks, but to beautify them, highlight them and make them present, as an essential part of the piece, representing reconciliation with the fall, the accident, the difficulty. Something similar happens in the therapeutic process: we explore our wounds with dedication, respect and care, recognizing them as part of what makes us unique, in order to then heal and transform ourselves.<\/p><p>Every journey is different, and each person has their own pace and path. My commitment is to be there to accompany you on yours, offering you a space of trust where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
